SUMMARY:Back to School Glow Up Party
DESCRIPTION:SMYAL is hosting a Glow Up Party for queer and trans youth to help give them a fresh start to the new school year! You must pre-register for this event at SMYAL.org/GlowUp\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will be offering haircuts\, make up tutorials\, free school supplies\, free chest binders\, safe sex supplies\, and mobile library checkout with queer books. COme get everything you need to start the school year off right! \nThe event will be hosted outside at SMYAL’s offices in Eastern Market\, DC. Should there be bad weather that day\, the rain date will be Saturday\, September 11th. \nWe will be following CDC guidelines to ensure our youth feel safe in the space. This includes having everyone sign up for specific time slots to limit capacity\, wearing a mask at ALL times\, both inside and outside\, and following social distancing protocols.
