Our services and programs are made possible through the generous contributions of our donors. Help us continue to support LGBTQ+ youth as they advocate for a brighter, safer, and healthier future.
Every donation makes a difference. Individual contributions fund our current initiatives and expand our reach as we continue working towards a brighter future for LGBTQ+ youth.
Make streamlined donations through payroll deductions or by donating through United Way, CFC, or the DC One Fund.
Donating stock, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial securities will help ensure SMYAL’s doors remain open for LGBTQ+ youth in need of support.
Plan ahead to support SMYAL for years to come. Donations in the form of bequests or appreciated assets will help ensure LGBTQ +youth always have access to resources they need.
During a number of signature events that benefit SMYAL, you can network with the local LGBTQ+ community while raising funds to support our programs.
The SMYAL Major Donor Club launched in the spring of 2018 as recognition for leadership donors giving $1,000 or more each year to directly fund and impact SMYAL’s expanding programs. Members can access Club benefits, such as SMYAL Club Events and special recognition opportunities.
From national companies to local companies, SMYAL is grateful for corporate support. These organizations provide vital funding for SMYAL to expand youth programming and provides opportunities to engage with our organization. Our corporate partnerships and sponsorships also allow corporations to showcase their support of LGBTQ+ youth.
