Raffi Freedman-Gurspan serves as a Deputy Campaign Director for the All On The Line campaign (AOTL). She previously served as Director of External Relations for the National Center for Transgender Equality and was the first openly transgender White House staff member where she served as the White House Liaison to the LGBT community under President Barack Obama.
