Housing Case Manager Francisco Lara Rodriguez (he/him) is originally from South Central, Los Angeles, he earned his dual major in Social Worker and Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, with a focus on social work. He then, because of his lived experience, felt led to obtain his Master’s of Clinical Social Worker from the University of Maryland Baltimore. Francisco is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as working with undocumented youth populations to help them thrive in America.
When not at SMYAL, Francisco can be found working out, hanging with friends, and living life to its fullest potential. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
