Judson Wood serves as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Cambridge Associates where he is responsible for the creation and implementation of employee-level DEI infrastructure. He previously served as Project Manager for Capital One’s DEI, Financial Inclusion, and Engagement team.
